Chef Tim Caters 
Chef Tim is a full time colorful chef with over 25 years experience: presenting culinary
delights, as a cooking specialist, demonstrating with cooking classes, planning dietary for special needs, setting up buffets, and creatively preparing set down meals, designing private parties, and catering large groups. He has made presentations while employed with the Hilton Garden Inn, Liacouras Center and Temple’s Draught Horse just to name drop a few. His expertise has been enjoyed by the recipients at Veteran’s Stadium on game day as Personnel Chef for Eagles’ Owner Jeff Lorie. Changing seasons he has also worked for the Phillies and other spectacular events such as Army/Navy Game. Besides that he was across the street cooking for the Philadelphia 76ers. Enjoying sports as he does the Temple basketball teams (women’s and men) were also privy to his cuisine. There are a few celebrities that gave us the permission to include them here: Wheel of Fortune staff; Gospel recording artist Kirk Franklin; a R&B artist The O’Jays; and Rappers Master P and Snoop Doggy Dogg. Tim caters for birthday parties, weddings, engagement and retirement parties, etc.
Tim does personal catering for others with advance notification. Tim can caters to groups of any size.
We accept credit cards for festivities, themes and events of any kind. Whatever you choose to eat,
including fresh fowl slaughtered within hours of your event, will be prepared for you!!!!!! We are looking
for a sponsor for his future comedy half hour food show! In the mean time he will continue with his
local chef’s demonstration, cooking classes, and hired food services. Our food services are hired, on
a private, public, drop off, daily, monthly or prearranged arrangement.
